Detailed Description

one client's share of a clock domain: its buffer switch event and iosize, and the channel buffers that switch

The client registers it with dx::ioctl::stream::clock::iosize as dx::stream::iosize; it stays linked into the domain until the client replaces it or vanishes. The channel buffers a client attaches afterwards belong to this registration: sized by its iosize, gone with it. what a due buffer switch does for its client before it is signalled
